Our Iranian engineering in combination with the use of high-grade biocompatible materials has yielded us ZERO reportable events related to patient injury since company inception across all our product lines.
All our products, including sterile and non-sterile, are injected and assembled in a certified clean-room environment.
Farzin Kianooshpour serves as the president of Caspian medical company. A proven and accomplished leader, has held multiple roles in operations and sales throughout his career. In his role as president of Caspian medical company, Kianooshpour leads the company’s global growth, strategic development, and financial performance.
Kianooshpour is interested in learning and diversity and strives to create an environment in which all employees experience opportunity and growth.
From 2015 until now
Sara Ismail Far moved from Isfahan in March 2019 to join Caspian Medical. After 3 years working in a big e-commerce company, she integrated the BI Team, as a Data Analyst. Her main goal is to help the business taking data-driven decisions and better understanding our customer, through the analysis of user navigation.
Sara was also involved in setting the standards for Looker development, a new data visualisation and exploration tool that aims to provideguided self-service to business users. She is confident that this will help Caspian Medical reach relevant insights much faster!
From 2019 until now
Arman Sharifi Nasab joined us from Bamilo when Caspian Medical’s original technology team was made up of only five people. In the time since, he has launched new features across all our product areas, including but not limited to operator tools, internal tools, and ad automation. Coming from a technical background, Arman drove huge professional initiatives. Currently, he can be found jumping in to help manage the shift in focus to mobile traffic, while finding the time to go bouldering once the laptop shuts for the day.
2017-2019
When you’re getting ready to handle exponential growth, it’s crucial to possess a well-rounded perspective on all elements of your business. That’s where Torab Shahini, our Product Manager for Customer Support and Finance, comes in. Not only is he responsible for ensuring all our different services operate efficiently, but he also works proactively to identify the bottlenecks for growth and, using technology, training, and process design, ensures those barriers are removed. Working at the cross-section of technology and business is our strength and one that Torab has been largely responsible for cultivating.
2007-2017
Arya Kardar is a Mechanical Engineer and Certified Energy Manager and is responsible for the management of the technical design for mechanical, electrical systems. He has directed the design and has overseen construction for projects ranging from the replacement of mechanical and electrical systems to the construction of some of the largest products in the Caspian Medical portfolio. Arya holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Khajeh Nasir University of Technology.
From 2015 until now
With over 15 years’ management experience in medical device software development, Parsa Rostamnejad possesses exceptional knowledge of the medical device and software industries from both a business and technical perspective. He has successfully managed software development teams of up to 150 people, and he is an expert in leading Class III medical software products to commercial release. His depth of experience also spans the development of enterprise solutions, security applications, internal applications, and process control systems.

A member of Caspian Medical Devices since 2012, Neusha Ghodrati leads the design team on some of the firm’s most technically complex projects, with a focus on novel device development. Given his passion for doing work that saves lives, Ms. Neusha has committed his career to helping his clients launch products that make a difference in society. In his more than 25 years of experience in the medical devices field, Neusha has learned to appreciate the value of slowing down to read, learn and understand what’s needed to build a strong team and guide his clients toward life-saving innovations.
From 2011 until now
Yalda Ardeshir joined Caspian Medical a few months ago, and despite not having much experience at bigger startups, she immediately made an impact on the Engineering Team. With her considerable contribution to our Assembly line development, Yalda has helped us significantly ramp up the supply side of our business and build tools that make an operator’s life within our platform even easier.
2013-2018
Mostafa Asheghian integrates and analyzes “big data” from biomedical systems and uses it in various computational approaches including data mining, machine learning, factor-based models, metabolic network models, ordinary differential equations, and models. Possible graphic expertise.
He joined our R&D team in 2016, and his research efforts are currently focused on identifying the link between body exposure to foreign devices and metal implants.
From 2016 until now
Ezzat Pishkar is the director of the Center for Social and Child Research at the Clinical Research Institute and a lecturer at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. He provides expertise and regulatory expertise on all of the center’s studies, including several research projects by the National Institutes of Health. Ezzat enjoys managing large research projects and combining research ethics to improve research design. She is also keen to use research to improve maternal and child health in communities with health disorders.
Ezzat worked with our team from 2014 to 2019.
Nowruz bahai is a Senior Research Development Officer with the Multidisciplinary Proposal Development Team, Research Development Services (RDS). Mr. bahai supports the proposal development process from inception through submission, for large and strategic multidisciplinary research proposals, including positioning and capture planning, proposal process coordination, grantsmanship, proposal writing and editing, and proposal review.
Prior to joining Caspian Medical in 2017, Nowruz worked at Kerman Medical University for 11 years.
2017-2020
An engineer with 7 years research experience in Computational/experimental medicine, Biofluid dynamics, MRI-based FSI/CFD/FEM simulation, and Medical device manufacturing. Identifying, designing, developing, modeling, and implementing the novel forehead projects in the area of medical science are Gholampour’s activities. His other works are the quality control development, updating existing products and processes, and enhancement of current technical documents.
2008-2010
Arash Sharafati is a computer engineer and web developer who is the youngest member of our team and is a computer engineering student who is interested in the field of artificial intelligence; It is hoped that in the coming years we will be able to use his potential to develop our technologies.
He joined us in 2019 and is also the President’s Technical Advisor.

Ebrahim Tehranfar joined Caspian Medical in 2013. Previously, Ebrahim was a founding partner at Netafraz, an internet and IT services consultancy, where he was responsible for all aspects of project delivery and software development for 8 years. Prior to this, he was development manager at Tecnopars.
